摘　　要：阐述了棒形绝缘子用四点抗弯机设计的新思路。四点抗弯机底盘采用回转支承,其额定静容量为781 kN,安全系数F>1.2;底盘转动的动力传动路径为:电机—蜗杆减速箱—小齿轮—回转支承。液压泵传动轴与电动机驱动轴采用挠性联轴器连接,两者的同轴度误差小于φ0.1mm;油路采用单向阀、顺序阀的平衡回路,并在回路增加了一个单向顺序阀,减少液压冲击。测力系统为:电阻式应变片压力传感器接受油缸的推力,将信号传给峰值保持仪检测,当推力达到设定的试验力时,停止油缸前进保持油路压力。电气系统引入PLC控制,能够自动实现棒形绝缘子转三个工位就完成四点一个循环的试验,自动判断破坏并复位停机。A new design philosophy for 4-point bending test machine is described. A rotaing bearing is installed on the machine basement, with static capacity of 781 kN and safety factor of 1.2. The kinematic scheme of basement rotation is as follows： driving motor - worm - gearing - small gear wheelrotating beanng. The transmitting shift of hydraulic pump is connected with that of driving motor with a flexible coupling, with coaxiality of less than 0.1 ram. In hydraulic system, a balance ciruit of back valve and service valve is provided, with a back service valve for smoothing hydraulic surge. The force measure system consists of resistive tvpe pressure probe which transforms the force form the hydraulic cylinder and transmits the signal to peak value holding intrument. As the pushing force reaches the given valve, the hydraulic cylinder stops, keeping up the hydraulic force. PLC control is introduced in electrical circuit to realize the whole 4-point test cycle by automatically rotating the tested insulator into three positions, and automatically judge the test rejection followed by rotating： back to initiate position and stopping the machine.
