美国黑核桃与中国核桃种间杂交试验初报

摘　　要：用美国黑核桃中的东部黑核桃和魁核桃为母本,中国核桃中的铁核桃和普通核桃以及它们的混合花粉为父本杂交,6种杂交组合均获得了与双亲出现显著增长差异的优势F1代单株苗木,进一步繁殖无性系开展造林中试,有望获得美国黑核桃与中国核桃优良的杂交种。Using Juglans nigra L. and Juglans major from Juglans nigra L. as female parent, Juglans sigillata, Juglans regia L. from Juglans regia L. and their pollen mixture as male parent, the individual stock of dominant generation F1 is got from 6 kinds of hyhrid combinations, which has significant growth difference comparing with their parents, further to propagate the clone to develop the mid-experiment of plantation. It hopefully obtains the fine hybrid of Juglans nigra L. and Juglans regia L..
