摘　　要：住房保障是各国住房制度和社会保障制度的重要内容之一。通过研究发达国家和地区在解决城市住房问题时采取的各种政策和措施,总结其住房制度的共同特征和发展趋势,为建立有中国特色的新型城镇住房保障制度提供借鉴和参考。Housing guarantee is an important part of the housing system and the social guarantee system in every country. This paper tries to find out the common characteristics and development trends in housing system by studying the measures and policies in the developed countries which use methods to resolve urban housing problem, so it can provide references for constructing our new housing guarantee system.
