摘  要:分别测定了含烯基丁二酸的汽轮机油/蒸馏水及汽轮机油/合成海水体系的界面张力、界面剪切粘度、油相粘度及乳状液稳定性。结果表明,烯基丁二酸能够显著降低汽轮机油/蒸馏水体系的界面张力,形成的界面膜强度较强,界面剪切粘度较大,形成的乳状液较稳定;当水相为合成海水时,烯基丁二酸的界面活性进一步增强,界面张力更低,形成致密的、强度较高的界面膜,使乳状液稳定性增强,对汽轮机油乳化和乳状液稳定起主要控制作用。Alkenyl succinic acid(ASA)as an anti-rust additive is generally used in steam turbine oil. The effect of ASA on the stability of turbine oil emulsion with various kinds of water, such as distilled water and synthetic seawater, was investigated and the interracial tension, interracial shear viscosity and oil viscosity were tested in laboratory. Results showed that ASA could reduce the interracial tension of turbine oil-distilled water significantly. At the same time, the intensity of interface membrane and the interracial shear viscosity were relatively strong; the emulsion was steady. When distilled water was substituted by synthetic seawater, the above function of ASA was further enhanced,which indicated that ASA had great influence on the emulsification of turbine oil.
