摘 要:目前胜利油田轨道式空心配水器年用量在800套以上。这种配水器在现场应用过程中,由于井脏、负压等原因,经常出现换向不灵、无法正常注水,以至最后起出管柱重新作业等问题,增加了作业成本,延长了作业占井时间。通过分析,认为造成这种现象的主要原因是机械结构在井下工作可靠性较差。将机械控制式结构改为液压控制式结构,利用坐封过程中控制活塞暂时不越过注水孔,泄压后弹簧的弹力将注水活塞自动推到注水状态的设计思路,研制成功了免投捞式ZKP型空心配水器,封隔器坐封过程中不用投捞死芯子,简化了压缩封隔器管柱完井施工工序,降低了作业成本,提高了作业效率和质量。到目前为止,现场共应用354井次,一次作业成功率98.7%,注水层段合格率87.2%。At present,more than 800 orbital hollow water regulators are used in Shengli Oilfield each year.Because the well is dirty and its pressure is negative,the reversion of the regulators is ineffective and waterflooding cannot work as usual during the process of field operation.As a result,the pipe string has to be pulled out,which does not only increases the operation cost but also prolongs the operation cycle.Based on analysis,it is found that the main cause of the problem is that the downhole operation of mechanical structures is not reliable.ZKP hollow water regulator free from casing and fishing is successfully developed on the basis of converting mechanically controlled structures into hydraulic ones,preventing pistons from surpassing water injection holes while setting,and making the waterflooding pistons work using spring elasticity after releasing pressure.Dead cores do not need to be cast and fished while setting packers.This is favorable for simplifying the procedures for completing leak-proof strings of compression packers,reducing operation cost,and enhancing the operation quality and efficiency.The regulator developed has been applied to 354 wells so far,with the success rate and the interval qualification rate reaching 98.7% and 87.2% respectively.
