摘　　要：川东北普光气田是我国特大气田之一,具有非常丰富的储量,同时H2S平均含量达14.96%,如何保证酸压施工的安全与实现大幅度增产是酸压设计改造的重要方面。从系统工程角度出发,在液体配方体系上选用了惰性前置液与缓速胶凝酸,减缓酸岩反应速度;在添加剂上优选了抗硫化氢和酸液腐蚀的专用缓蚀剂;在工艺方法上采用了压前解堵降压的措施;在工艺优化上设计了三级注入与闭合酸化相组合的工艺技术,增加了有效酸蚀缝长与导流能力,形成了针对酸性气井酸压改造的综合方法。现场实施了该套工艺技术,确保了施工安全,压后产量显著提高到75×104m3/d。研究表明,该套技术适合该酸性气田的有效酸压改造。对川东北的普光、罗家寨、滚子坪等及类似酸性气田的储层改造提供了有益的借鉴和宝贵经验,为普光气田的可采储量探明和进一步的勘探开发提供了重要的技术支撑。Puguang,located in northeastern Sichuan province,is one of the giant gas fields in China,with abound gas reservoir and 14.96 percent of hydrogen sulfured.How to enhance the production greatly under the condition of safety is more important for an acid fracturing design and stimulation treatment in a higher hydrogen sulfured carbonate reservoir.Out from a systemic engineering,the pad and the retarded crosslink acid were selected to lower the reaction of acid-rock in the acid formulation,and a special inhibitor was chosen to reduce the corrosion of acid and hydrogen sulfured to steel in the additives evaluation.Meantime,the matrix acidizing of removing the damage before acid fracturing was used in stimulation method,and three stages injections of pad vs retarded crosslink acid and closure acidizing were optimized to increase the etched the fracture length and conductivity in stimulation technical.Finally,a kind of comprehensive method was organized especially to stimulation of sour gas fields.The technologies mentioned above were applied in Puguang2 well,which ensued the treatment safety,and enhanced the output,up to 75×104m3/d.The study indicated that this series of technologies help stimulate safety and effectively in the sour gas field.The treatment success provides a beneficial experience to other well stimulations in the Puguang,Luojiazhai,Gunziping gas fields in northeastern Sichuan province and other similar sour gas fields.Also the successful treatment sustains strongly the discovery of recoverable reserves and the exploration and development of Puguang gas field further.
