摘 要:目的:分析本市临床分离细菌的耐药性情况。方法:对我市5所医院2005年1月至2005年12月间细菌培养和药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果:分离出菌株8 382株,其中G-菌5 500株,占65.62%;G+2 068株,占24.67%;真菌814株,占9.71%。位居前10位的优势菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率均较高。结论:临床医师应了解细菌的耐药特点,有针对性地选用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the bacterial resistance of clinical isolates. METHODS: The statistics of the antimicrobial susceptibility testing of all the clinical isolates from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2005 were analyzed in 5 hospitals of yulin city. RESULTS : of 8382 strains, 5 500 (65.62 % ) were Gram- negative bacilli, 2 068 (24.67 % ) were Gram- positive cocii and 814(9.71% )were fungus. The first ten place of rhe isolates bacilli, most of them had the higher resistant rate to the used antibiotics. CONCLUSION : The doctors should know the characteristics of bacterial resistance to chose the fittest drugs.
