摘　　要：目的:了解我院皮肤科门诊用药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法:收集我院2005年皮肤科门诊处方37 252张,从皮肤科药品用量、金额、品种及剂型方面进行统计分析。结果:医院自制制剂金额在我院皮肤科门诊用药总金额中所占比例最高,达43.5%,国产药次之,然后是合资和进口药品。结论:皮肤科门诊用药以自制外用制剂用量大,药价相对较低。制剂工业应多研发药效佳、费用低的外用制剂。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the use of drugs in the outpatient dermatological department of our hospital so as to probe into the clinical rational drug use condition. METHODS： A total of 37 252 outpatient dermatologic prescriptions collected in 2005 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption quantity, sum of money, drug kinds, and dosage forms. RESULTS： The use of hospital self - made preparations ranked at the first in terms of amount of money, accounting for 43.5 % of the total, followed in order by domestic drugs and import drugs. CONCLUSION： The consumption of hospital self- made preparations was large, and the drug prices of which were comparatively low. It is advisable for pharmaceutical industry to research and develop more external preparations with good drug action but low cost.
