摘　　要：目的:观察硫酸吗啡控释片(美施康定)联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌痛的近期疗效。方法:120例癌痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予硫酸吗啡控释片联合复方苦参注射液治疗和单用硫酸吗啡控释片治疗。结果:治疗组癌痛显效52例,有效4例,总有效率93.33%;对照组癌痛显效41例,有效8例,总有效率81.67%。两组间显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸吗啡控释片(美施康定)联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌痛疗效较好。OBJECTIVE： To observe the short-term efficacy of Morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets （MS Contin） combined Compound kushen injection for cancer pain. METHODS： 120 patients with cancer pain were randomly assigned to receive controlled- release tablets （MS Contin） combined compound kushen injection （trial group） or controlled -release Tablets alone. RESULTS： The total responsive rate was 93.33 % in the trial group, of which, 52 cases showed excellent efficacy and 4 showed efficacy; the total responsive rate was 81.67% in the control group, of which,41 cases showed excellent efficacy and 8 showed efficacy. There were significant differences between two groups in excellent efficacy （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Morphine sulfate controlled- release tablets （MS Contin） combined compound kushen Injection is of satisfactory efficacy for cancer pain.
