摘 要:以柠檬酸为配体,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了钙钛矿型LaNiO3,并以活性炭为载体制备双功能氧电极。以X射线衍射分析(XRD)、环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)、比表面积分析(BET)、光电子能谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征合成产物。XRD结构分析表明当柠檬酸与硝酸镧、硝酸镍摩尔比大于1∶1∶0.4时得到了钙钛矿单相。采用三电极体系测试了氧电极的阴极极化和阳极极化的稳态极化曲线。结果表明,柠檬酸摩尔比对LaNiO3催化剂的电催化性能有显著影响,其中摩尔比为1∶1∶0.6和1∶1∶3.0时的双功能电催化活性最好。Perovskite LaNiO3 used as the catalysts of bifunctional oxygen electrodes were prepared by the sol-gel method using citric acid as complexing agent. Products were characterized by XRD, ESEM, BET, EDS and XPS. The results show that pure perovskite LaNiO3 were obtained when the proportion of La(NO3)3.6 H2O, Ni(NO3)2.6 H2O and C6H8O7⊙2 H2O are more than 1:1:0.4. Their electrocatalytic activity at oxygen electrodes were investigated by steady polarization curves method. The results show that the electrocatalystic properties of LaNiO3 are signally influenced by the proportion of citric acid. Among them, when the proportion of La(NO3)3.6 H20, Ni(NO3)2.6 H2O and C6H807.2 H2O is 1:1:0.6 or 1:1: 3.0, bifunctional oxygen electrode has excellent catalytic activity on both oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reactions.
