摘 要:背景与目的GoGn-SN平面角是代表垂直骨面型的重要指标。本文旨在探讨GoGn-Sn角在错畸形诊断与治疗中的重要性。方法本文通过对128名恒牙初期儿童X线头影测量,以下颌平面与前颅底平面交角为因变量,作了相关分析。结果下颌平面角在三类错畸形中无显著差异。下颌平面角与Y轴角,N-S-Ar,S-Ar-Go,Ar-Go-Gn,Ar-Gn,前面高/后面高呈正相关关系,与后面高及SNB呈负相关关系,提示下颌平面角与生长发育方向,生长型,下颌骨形态位置关系密切。结论在分析时应注意前颅底平面斜度对其的影响。Background and Objective GoGn - Sn plane angle is an important index for representing the types of vertical bone surface. The objective of this article was to research into the significance of GoGn - Sn angle in the diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion malformation. Methods The roentgenographic head shadow measurements of 128 children with permanent teeth of initial bite were relatively analyzed by cut angle of mandibular plane and front cranial basis plane taken as dependent variable. Results Among three kinds of malocclusion malformations, the angles of mandibular plane were not significant difference. The angle between mandibular plane and Y axis, N - S - Ar, S - Ar - Go, Ar - Go - Gn, Ar - Gn, lip surface highness vs back surface lowness was positive correlation, while back surface highness and SNB was negative correlation, suggesting a close relationship between mandibular plane angle and growth - development direction, growth pattern, shape and site of the mandible. Conclusion During the analysis, the effect of the plane inclination of front cranial basis should be regarded.
