摘  要:以机械产品能量属性为研究对象,将产品全生命周期思想运作于能量分析中。在产品全生命周期能量分析的基础上,建立产品能量消耗框图,阐述产品全生命周期能耗动态特性,建立全生命周期能量模型。运用键合图、回收元等理论,分析产品生命周期各阶段的能量消耗影响因素,建立能量消耗量化公式,并在此基础上进行能耗动态特性分析。最后,将能量模型和动态特性分析运用于方案优选和设计特性参数优化中,并以电热水壶为例对提出的模型和方法进行验证。The energy property of products is considered as the research object, and the Life-cycle theory is applied in the energy analysis. Based on the analysis of energy-consuming characteristic of mechanic products, the energy-consuming framework of product system and the product life-cycle energy model is set up, and the dynamic characteristic of the energy property is expounded. By adopting the theory of bond graph and the recycle union, the energy factors in each stage of product life cycle are analyzed, which influence product energy consumption. Then the quantitative energy formula and the dynamic characteristic for each stage are presented. At last, by the application of the energy model and the dynamic characteristic analysis, the design alternative can be selected and the design parameters can be optimized, and the electricity kettle is demonstrated that the model and method are applicable and effective.
