摘 要:提出曲轴锻模阻力墙新型结构,分析阻力墙结构中三个重要参数(高度、间隙、斜度)对终锻成形载荷的影响,运用有限元分析软件Deform3D对曲轴终锻过程进行数值模拟仿真,并采用最小二乘法拟合得到了它们之间的影响规律曲线,为阻力墙的优化设计和提高曲轴终锻模具寿命提供了理论参考。分析影响规律曲线发现:终锻最大成形载荷随终锻模阻力墙高度的增加而升高,在同时考虑曲轴锻件成形质量和模具寿命的情况下,终锻模阻力墙高度的合理取值范围为[10,30]mm;终锻最大成形载荷随终锻模阻力墙间隙值的增加而降低,合理取值范围为[2.0,3.5]mm;随着终锻模阻力墙斜度增加,终锻最大成形载荷随之升高,而终锻模阻力墙根部的磨损能得到有效控制,合理取值范围为[0°,20°]。通过试验对上述结论的合理性与可行性进行了验证。A new finish forging die structure of crankshaft is given. The three important factors of resistance wall, including height, clearance, gradient influencing on forming load of finish forging are studied. Furthermore, FEM software Deform3D is applied to simulate the crankshaft finish forming process, and the result is displayed in the form of graph through least square method, which provides a reference for other crankshaft's forging and can be used to guide producing directly. As the graph shows, the maximum forming load of finish forging raises while the resistance wall height increases. For the consideration of both forming quality of crankshaft and die life into account, the value sphere of resistance wall height is [10, 30] mm; The maximum forming load of finish forging decreases,while the resistance wall clearance increases, and the rational value sphere of resistance wall clearance is [2.0, 3.5] mm; The maximum forming load of finish forging raises, while the resistance wall gradient increases, but at the same time, die wear can be controlled. So the rational value sphere of resistance wall gradient is [0° , 20° ]. In the end, the rationality and feasibility of the above conclusions are examined by experiment.
