Pin1在肝硬化和肝癌组织中的表达及其与乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白的关系

摘　　要：目的通过检测Pin1在肝硬化组织和肝癌原发灶及门静脉癌栓中的表达,了解Pin1在肝癌发生、发展的不同阶段的表达情况,同时验证其与乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白的关系。方法用免疫组织化学染色法检测20例肝硬化组织,21例肝癌原发灶及门静脉中Pin1的表达,同时检测21例肝癌原发灶中乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白的表达情况,并用SPSS10.0软件进行相关性分析。结果肝硬化组织和大部分门静脉癌栓中Pin1的表达较肝癌原发灶中Pin1的表达强(P<0.05)。在肝癌组织中Pin1的表达与HBx的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论Pin1在肝癌发生、发展的不同阶段表达不同,同时Pin1可以通过直接或间接作用稳定HBx的表达,为阐明其在肝癌发生、发展中的作用提供了新的思路。Objective To explore the expression of the Pin1 in the different stages of the development of liver cancer by detecting the expression of the Pin1 in the hepatic cirrhosis tissue and primary tumor of liver cancer as well as their portal vein cancer embolus. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Pin1 in 20 cases of hepatic cirrhosis,21 cases of primary tumor of liver cancer and their portal vein cancer embolus. The expression of hepatitis B virus x protein（HBx） was detected in 21 cases of primary tumor of liver cancer. Results The expression of Pin1 was stronger in the hepatic cirrhosis tissue and most of the portal vein cancer embolus than that in the primary tumor of liver cancer（P〈0. 05）. The expression of pin1 was positively correlated with the expression of HBx in primary tumor of liver cancer（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of the pin1 was different in different stages of liver cancer development. Meanwhile Pin1 can stabilize the expression of HBx through a direct or indirect effect, which provides a new approach to clarify the role of Pin1 in the development of liver cancer.
