特重烧伤并发急性肾功能衰竭47例回顾性总结

摘　　要：急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）是全身性病症，或称为严重损伤引起的急性肾脏实质性损害综合征。ARF病死率甚高，有报道达90％以上。而烧伤所并发的ARF病情更重，因原发病伤情严重，故治疗难度更大。本院近4年来对47例ARF患者采用了血液净化（Bloolparification）疗法，使病死率降为31．9％。认为该方法对烧伤所并发的ARF的治疗是可取的。作者还就ARF的预防及综合治疗等问题展开了讨论。Acute renal failure haas a mortality over 90%.Burn complicated by acute renal fallure is even more life threatening.ln the past 4 years, in our hospital, 47 cases of burn complicated by acute renal failure were treated with blood purification therapy. The mortality was only 31.9%. This therapy proved to be appropriate for treating burn complicated by acute renal failure.A discussion on the prevention and treatment of acute renal failure is presented.
