特应性皮炎患者血中结合珠蛋白含量的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者血中结合珠蛋白(Hp)含量,并分析与病情严重程度之间的相关性。方法:采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳后比色的方法检测124例特应性皮炎患者(其中轻度40例、中度44例、重度40例)和134例正常对照者血中Hp水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,患者组血中Hp含量明显增高(P<0.001),其中病情中度和重度患者组均显著增高(P<0.05),轻度组增高无统计学意义。Hp含量与AD病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:Hp可能通过一种负反馈机制来抑制皮损局部的过度炎症反应,而参与了AD患者体内的免疫调节和抗炎作用。Objective： To detect the serum haptoglobin concentrations in atopic dermatitis （AD） patients and to analyze the correlation between the haptoglobin level and the severity of AD. Methods： The concentrations of haptoglobin in the serum of 124 patients with AD （forty mild cases, forty - four moderate cases and forty severe cases） and 134 normal controls were measured by cellulose membrane electrophoresis and chromatometry. Results： Compared with normal controls, the serum haptoglobin concentration was significantly increased in the patients with AD （ P 〈 0.001）. The increase of serum haptoglobin concentration in patients with moderate and severe AD was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05）, but the increase did not show a significant difference in the patient with mild AD, when compared with normal control group. Positive correlation was found between haptoglobin concentration and the severi- ty of AD. Conclusion： Haptoglobin might play a role in immunoregulation and anti - inflammation in AD patients through a negative feedback mechanism inhibiting hyper- inflammatory reaction in local lesion.
