蒙族与汉族青年外向性人格结构的比较

摘　　要：目的:选择汉族与蒙族青年作为调查对象,比较汉族与蒙族青年的外向性人格结构。方法:于2005-07/2005-09在广州、湛江、东莞、天津、西安、长沙、沈阳、内蒙古自治区等地进行样本采集。①实验对象:在汉族被试中发放问卷共1370份,在蒙族被试中发放问卷共720份,所有被试均知情同意。②实验操作:在不同年级中采用整群随机抽样的方法选取某一班级开家长会的家长进行团体施测。汉族被试者平均年龄(33.1±0.3)岁,蒙族被试者平均年龄(30.7±0.8)岁。选用中国人人格形容词评定量表,选取其中测量外向活跃因子的共24个项目,采用6级评分,要求被试对每一个项目做1到6的评定(完全不符合自己的情况到完全符合自己的情况)。将构成中国人人格形容词评定量表中外向性维度的24个项目转换成标准分数后进行探索性因素分析。结果:在汉族被试者中发放问卷共1370份,回收问卷1368份,问卷回收率99%;在蒙族被试中发放问卷共720份,回收问卷710份,问卷回收率98.6%。根据回答量表的有效情况,筛选汉族有效被试共985名,蒙族有效被试共708名。①汉族的外向性维度包括乐群乐观、内向沉静和消极孤僻3个因素。3个因素分别解释总方差的20.74%,11.49%和6.48%,3个因素共解释总方差的38.70%。②蒙族则包括活跃开朗、热情主动、深沉孤僻3个因素。3个因素分别解释总方差的20.97%,12.39%和5.92%,3个因素共解释总方差的39.28%。结论:①汉族与蒙族的外向性人格结构的因子内涵及其包含的项目均与原来量表中各层面的对应关系有明显变化,提示两个民族外向性人格结构内涵存在差异。②汉族与蒙族可能因各自生态环境的差异而导致了文化形态的不同,从而导致了两个民族所形成的行为方式的差异。AIM： To compare the personality structure of Extroversion between Han and Mongol youth. METHODS： Experimental subjects were collected from Guangzhou, Zhanjiang, Dongguan, Tianjin, Xi＇an, Changsha and Shengyang and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from July to September 2005. ①Totally 1 370 Han＇s youth and 720 Mongol＇s youth were enrolled and all the subjects knew and agreed to participate in the investigation. ②Genearch were selected from one class by randomized cluster sampling method during patriarchal meetings of their local schools. The average age of Han was （33.1 ±0.3） years old and Mongol was （30.7±0.8） years old. The subtest of extroversion from Chinese Personality Adjective Rating Scale included 24 items. The score was accounted on 6-grade scale from not to match obviously to matching obviously. Exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the points of extroversion between the two nations. RESULTS： 1 370 Han youth had completed the assessment, and 1 368 questionnaires were called back with the recovery rate of 99%. 720 Mongol youth had completed the assessment, and 710 questionnaires were called back with the recovery rate of 98.6%. After ineligible questionnaires were excluded, totally 985 questionnaires of Han and 708 questionnaires of Mongol were involved in the result analysis. ①Han＇s extroversion had the factors of gregariousion and. optimism, introversion and stillness and negativity and dissociableness, which explained 20.74% ,11.49% and 6.48% of total variance, respectively. Totally 38.70% of total variance was explained. ②Mongol＇s extroversion had the factors of activity and uncloudedness, ardor and initiative and deepness and dissociableness , which explained 20.97%, 12.39% and 5.92% of total variance, respectively. Totally 39.28% of total of variance was explained.
