带指背神经筋膜蒂顺行岛状皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨带指背神经筋膜蒂顺行岛状皮瓣一期修复邻指软组织缺损的方法。方法2001年10月—2006年5月,对38例手指近、中节的掌、背侧皮肤缺损的患者,采用邻指带指背神经筋膜蒂顺行岛状皮瓣转移修复。结果 38例皮瓣全部存活,术后随访5个月～1年,手指功能及外观良好,伤指无疼痛,皮瓣质地柔软,弹性好,两点分辨觉为8～10 mm。结论该术式操作简单,疗程短,疗效满意,是治疗手指皮肤缺损可行的一种手术方法。Objective To investigate a method for one-stage repair of skin defect of the fingers using fascial island flap with dorsal digital nerve from the neighboring finger. Methods From October 2001 to May 2006 a total of 38 cases of skin defect at the volar or dorsal surface of proximal or middle phalanx were treated. A fascial island flap including the dorsal digital nerve was harvested antegradely from the neighboring finger and transferred to cover the defect. Result All flaps survived. Postoperative follow-up period ranged from 5 months to one year. The fingers were pain free and had good function and appearance. The flaps were supple. The mean static two-point discrimination was 8.5 mm （8- 10 mm）. Conclusion This procedure is easy and effective. The treatment result is satisfactory. It is an optimal option for repairing skin defects of the finger.
