摘 要:目的探讨拮抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)对屈肌腱粘连的影响。方法制作兔屈肌腱损伤模型,局部应用 VEGF 中和抗体,分别于术后4、7、10、14、28、56 d取材,观察肌腱粘连情况、组织学变化及应用中和抗体后 VEGF 表达的变化,生物力学测试肌腱断裂时的位移情况。结果应用中和抗体后 VEGF 的表达水平降低,肉芽组织增生程度减轻,肌腱粘连程度评分和肌腱位移下降。结论局部应用 VEGF 中和抗体能够降低 VEGF 的表达水平,减轻肌腱损伤后的粘连程度,改善肌腱滑动功能。Objective To explore the effects of anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) antibody on flexor tendon adhesion. Methods Flexor tendon injury model was made in rabbits. Neutralizing antibody to VEGF was applied topically at the tendons. Gross inspection of tendon adhesion, biomechanical test of tendon gliding at rupture, histological examination and detection of VEGF expression were conducted in 4, 7, 10, 14, 28 and 56 days postoperatively. Results After neutralizing antibody was given, expression level of VEGF was decreased. Proliferation of granulation tissue was depressed and tendon adhesion score was lower. The tendons had larger gliding distances at rupture indicating less adhesion. Conclusion Topical application of neutralizing antibody to VEGF to the tendons can decrease VEGF expression level, inhibit tendon adhesion after tendon injury, and improve tendon gliding function.
