祛银汤治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛银汤治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法:80例患者随机分成A、B、C组,A组20例采用综合治疗,局部外涂15%尿素霜和口服维生素E和C,B组20例口服祛银汤,C组40例综合治疗的同时口服祛银汤,3组均1个月为1个疗程,观察皮损及瘙痒改善情况,共2个疗程。结果:治疗后3组红斑、鳞屑、皮肤浸润、瘙痒均有所改善,但C组与A组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.01),C组与B组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05),而A组与B组比较无显著性差异(P﹥0.05),3组均有少数不良反应病例,但未影响治疗。结论:加用祛银汤治疗寻常性银屑病疗效较好,且不良反应较少。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of quyin soup to psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into group A.group B and group C ,20 cases of group A were treated with combined therapy that applied partly 15% Urea cream of nonirritant and taken vitamin E and C, 20 patients of group B were orally administered quyin soup,40 cases of group C were treated with combined therapy and orally administered quyin soup,the treatment course was 1 month,improvement of skin lesion and pruritus after treatment were investigated for 2 courses Results ： After treatment, erythema,scale,soakaged skin and pruritus of all the groups have been improved, there were significant difference between group A and group C（P 〈 0.01 ）,there were significant difference between group B and group C（P 〈 0.05） ,there was no significant difference between group A and group B（P 〉 0.05） ,a few adverse effect were founded in all the groups ,but the treatment has not been influenced. Conclusion quyin soup has remark- able therapeutic effect and less adverse effect.
