摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌的护理配合。方法:对1例子宫内膜癌患者行腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴结清扫术的手术配合。结论:腹腔镜手术创伤小、恢复快,施行腹腔镜下广泛性子宫切除术加盆腔淋巴结清扫术安全可靠,但术前、术中、术后要有充分的良好的配合。Objective exploring the nursing of applying laparoscopy techniqice to treat carcinoma of endometrium. Method coordination we observed one case operating cooperation after pelivc lymph node dissection by the laparoscopy technique. Conclusion laparoscopy techuique features slight trauma and quick recoyery after the operation for the patient, pelivc lymph node disscction with the cooperation is required during and after the operation.
