摘  要:对CSP流程生产的W540和W800两个牌号的无取向电工钢热轧板中析出物尺寸在卷取前后的变化进行了研究,并和传统流程生产的W20热轧板的析出物进行了比较。结果表明,CSP流程生产的电工钢在卷取后,析出物尺寸略有减少;随Si+Al含量的提高,析出物的平均尺寸没有明显的变化,但类型发生明显的变化,由以AlN为主转变为以MnS为主。不同流程生产的成分相近的电工钢中析出物的平均尺寸差别不大。The precipitates in hot rolled strip of two grades of non-oriented electrical steel (W540, W800) produced by CSP process and one grade of non-oriented electrical steel (W20) produced by conventional process were investigated. Statistic analysis showed that, the average size of precipitates in the steels produced by CSP process after coiling is reduced slightly. With the increase of Si and A1 content, the type of precipitates changes while the average size does not change. No distinct difference in average size of precipitates were detected in hot rolled non-oriented e- lectrical steel strips produced by two processes.
