摘　　要：针对剑杆织机控制参数多、各机构运动相对独立的特点,提出了剑杆织机智能化控制系统方案。在主从计算机的控制下,根据织物品种的需要,能够方便地设定和调整织机各种工艺参数,织机的主要工作参数如主轴转速、引纬率、经纱张力等都能够在计算机屏幕上实时显示。系统控制简单,自动化程度高,满足织机高效率和对织物广泛适应性的要求。It put forward a plan of the intelligent control system in accordance with the rapier Ioom＇s feature of too much parameters and mechanism＇s motion relatively independent. According to the need of variety of texture, the parameters can be decided and changed easily under the control method of master-slave computer system. The main parameters, such as the principal axle speed, weft ratio and warp tension can be real-time showed in the screen of computer. The system has advantages, such as simple control and high automatist, and can meet the demands of high efficiency and widely texture adaptability.
