摘 要:针对钢材加工配送中心ERP系统中如何通过一个直观的方式去提示企业用户合理安排原材料加工,从而提高原材料的利用率的问题,结合钢材加工配送中心的企业特点,提出了原料分配模型设计并且以图形化显示的方法;同时阐述了这一模型设计原理、关键点和实现过程。In ERP system of the Steel Process and Distribution Center, one big problem is how to clearly and accurately help producers on raw material distribution planning to make the best use of raw material. Based on the characteristics of the Steel Process and Distribution Center, this thesis proposes a model designed for raw material distribution planning as well as the visu- alization method. It also expatiates on the principle, key points and processes to design and build the model in order to solve the problem efficiently. The model and method proposed are very practical, easy to use. It provides precise data for raw material distribution planning and steel production, and enables the steel enterprise to increase the management level and competence evidently.
