摘　　要：目的探索选择性增菌在检测痰标本中SHV型ESBLs菌株应用的可行性。方法采用含有100μg/ml氨苄青霉素的LB液体培养基进行选择性增菌,采用双纸片协同法及PCR技术进行ESBLs检测。结果两种方法检测结果均为阳性。结论选择性增菌简单、快速,准确,可用于痰标本中SHV型ESBLs的检测。Objective To investigate the application of select cloning in the detection of SHV ESBLs in sputum. Methods 30 sputum specimens are experimented; Select cloning by LB culture medium which contains 100μg/ml Amp; Detecting ESBLs by double -disc synergy test and PCR. Results The experimental results of two methods are positive. Conclusion Select cloning is rapid, accurate and can be used in detecting SHV ESBLs in sputum.
