摘　　要：针对传统工作流模型对企业业务过程的描述缺乏语义完整性和柔性,以及可执行能力差等问题,扩展了ERP系统中工作中心的概念,提出了广义工作中心的概念和基于广义工作中心的工作流模型。该模型具有更强的描述能力,实现了过程模型、组织模型和资源模型的适当分离,提高了工作流系统,适应企业组织结构和业务流程变化的能力,增强了系统的柔性。In order to solve the problems of low description ability and flexibility and executable ability existed in current workflow model, extended the connotation of work center in ERP system, at the same time, put forward the concept of generalized work center and a workflow model based on generalized work center. The proposed model has better description ability, also it can make process model and organization model and resource model decouple to some extend, which can enhance the flexibility of adapting to the transformation of organization and business process.
