摘  要:以对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)、双酚A(BPA)和含磷化合物9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷酰杂菲-对苯二酚(DOPO-HQ)为原料,采用相转移催化界面缩聚法合成了含磷聚芳酯。研究了相转移催化剂用量、NaOH用量、官能团配比和油相体积对聚合反应的影响,得到特性粘数为1.7 dL/g的聚合物。用FT-IR对聚合物的结构进行了表征。DSC和TG结果表明,含磷聚芳酯的玻璃化转变温度可达255℃,热分解温度高于400℃。含磷聚芳酯的LOI大于40。 Novel phosphorous-containing polyarylates were synthesized by phase-transfer catalysis interfacial polycondensation using terephthaloyl chloride(TPC),m-phthaloyl chloride(IPC),bisphenol A(BPA) and 2-(6-oxido-6H-dibenz(c,e)〈1,2)oxa phosphorin-6-y1)-1,4-dihydroxy phenylene(DOPO-HQ) as monomers.The variations on inherent viscosites of copolymers were investigated,such as dosages of catalyst and NaOH,ratio of functional groups and the volume of oil phase etc.The polymer with inherent viscosity of 1.7dL/g was obtained.The structure of copolymers was characterized by FTIR.The results of DSC and TG showed that the polyarylate's Tg was up to 55℃ and thermal decomposition temperature was above 400℃.The limiting oxygen index of phosphorous-containing polyarylates were higher than 40.
