摘  要:针对绥芬河青云市场套(扩)建改造工程"施工阶段自承重楼盖体系"内置预应力钢桁架-混凝土组合框架梁中角钢桁架弦杆尺寸较大,端部预应力筋不便张锚等问题,提出采用内置灌浆圆钢管桁架替代内置角钢桁架的设想,对两种内置钢桁架进行比较分析认为,当圆钢管弦杆壁厚与角钢弦杆壁厚相同时,灌浆圆钢管桁架的弦杆直径小于角钢桁架弦杆边长,桁架占用外套柱的空间小,同时桁架下弦杆钢管可作为按直线布置预应力筋的孔道,方便预应力筋布筋和张锚。并指出今后应继续开展的相关研究工作。According to the problems from "self-supporting floor system during construction" in reconstruction (extension) project of Suifenhe Qingyun Market, dimension of chord in angle steel truss of encased prestressed steel-truss-concrete composite frame beam is bigger and prestressing tendons are difficult to be tensioned and anchored at the end of the beam, an idea of replacing encased angle steel truss with encased grouted-round-steel tube truss is proposed. Two kinds of encased steel trusses are compared and analyzed, when thickness of steel tube wall equals to thickness of angle steel, diameter of grouted-round-steel tube will be less than depth of angle steel; truss only occupies less space in outer-jacketing column; the steel tube of truss bottom chord can be used for tendon duct for prestressing tendons in straight line, which can facilitate layout, tensioning and anchorage of prestressing tendons. Some research works needing in the future are also pointed out.
