摘 要:稀土铕配合物电致发光研究已经进入了一个关键阶段。本文在综述近年来铕配合物光致发光和电致发光研究现状的基础上,从铕配合物材料设计和器件结构优化的角度,讨论了影响其电致发光性能的几个重要因素。针对存在的铕配合物挥发性和热稳定性的问题提出了一些可能的解决办法,如通过提高阴离子配体或中性配体的挥发性来改善铕配合物整体挥发性能;修饰中性配体,增强其与铕离子的键合能力,提高配合物的热稳定性。The research about electroluminescence based on europium( Ⅲ ) complexes has come to an important phase. This paper reviewed the progress in photoluminescence and electroluminescence of Eu(Ⅲ) complexes in recent years, and discussed some important factors influencing electroluminescence performance from the views of the design of Eu (Ⅲ) complexes and optimization of device structures. The existing problems such as the volatility and thermal stabili-ty of Eu ( Ⅲ ) complexes in this area were discussed, and the possible corresponding solutions were briefly put forward. It is feasible that the volatility of Eu ( Ⅲ ) complexes will be improved by improving the volatility of anion ligand and neutral ligand; and the thermal stability of Eu( Ⅲ ) complexes may be improved by introducing the optimized neutral ligand which could strongly coordinate to Eu( Ⅲ ) ion.
