冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸与C反应蛋白P选择素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者体内血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及C反应蛋白(CRP)、P选择素(PS)表达的变化及其相关性。方法收集2006年1月至7月广西医科大学第一附属医院心内科经冠状动脉造影(CAG)确诊冠心病患者44例(冠心病组),以CAG阴性患者22例为对照组,所有入选对象在冠状动脉造影前抽血测定血浆Hcy、CRP及血小板PS的表达。结果冠心病组患者Hcy、CRP、PS表达均明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);冠心病组Hcy与CRP呈正相关(r=0.355,P<0.05),Hcy与PS的表达呈正相关(r=0.439,P<0.05)。结论Hcy、CRP、PS在冠心病的发生、发展中起重要作用;冠心病组Hcy与CRP、PS的表达呈正相关,降低冠心病患者的Hcy是防治冠心病的重要途径。Objective To evaluate the concentration of serum homocysteine,C-reactive protein and the expressions of P-selectin and their relationship in patients with coronary artery disease（ CAD）. Methods Our study included 44 patients with CAD and 22 negative controls based on coronary angiography（CAG）. The concentration of serum Hcy,CRP and the expressions of PS were tested before CAG in 66 patients. Results The concentration of serum Hey and CRP were markedly increased and the expressions of PS on platelets were significantly increased in patients with CAD compared to control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The correlation between homocysteine level and CRP level was positive in CAD patients （ r = 0. 355 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. The correlation between homocysteine level and P-selectin expression was positive in CAD patients（ r = 0. 439, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Homocysteine,C-reactive protein and P-selectin might play important role in the occurrence of CAD. Serum concentrations of CRP and P-selectin expression ,are significantly and positively correlated with homocysteine level in CAD patients. Decreasing the Hey level in the CAD patients is an important means to prevent and cure CAD.
