摘　　要：目的筛选化瘀克塞胶囊的提取工艺.方法以提取时间、溶剂量、提取次数、乙醇浓度为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行试验.结论最佳提取工艺为用8倍量70%的乙醇提取2次,每次1h.该工艺适用于临床需要的理想剂型.OBJECTIVE To select the best extraction methods of Huayukesai capsule. METHODS The time of extract, quantity of ethanol,times of extract and the concentration of ethanol were choosed as variable factors ,orthogonal design method L9 （3^4）was used. RESULTS The optimum conditions to extract the medcine were to use eight times 70% ethanol for one hour and extract 2 times. CONCLUSION This method is simple in operation,accurate in content determination,and controllable in quality within expiration date.
