摘　　要：断路器是电力系统的重要设备,在电力系统中担负着控制和保护的双重任务。因此对断路器进行状态检测,及时了解断路器的运行状态,成为电力系统十分关注的问题之一。文中以S3C2410作为主控制器设计出高压开关机械特性测试仪,检测并在LCD显示器上显示断路器的机械特性参数,也可以打印出测量的参数及其相关曲线,并带有USB HOST口,随时存储测量数据。运行结果表明,测试仪工作稳定,测量精度高,时间-行程特性曲线采样频率可达到100KHz,能够测量多油、少油、SF6、真空等各类断路器。　Circuit breakers are the important electric equipments,which take on the control and safeguard in the electric power system. In order to take their operation statuses in time,it is urgent to realize the monitoring of circuit breakers. The mechanical characteristic test device of high voltage switch is proposed in the paper. It uses S3C2410 as the main control unit,and test and show the mechanical characteristic parameter on LCD display,and the parameter and curve can be printed. The device can save the measured data according to USB HOST interface. Operation result proves that the device has a good performance and time-track curve sampling rate can obtain 100KHz,and much oil,or little oil,or SF6,also vacuum breakers are tested.
