摘　　要：本文介绍了基于SMS通信的电压监测管理系统的拓扑结构、功能模块及关键技术设计等。系统主要由监测中心和数据采集子站组成,通过GSM模块传送电压监测数据。监测中心的短信组件实现了串口的初始化、短信的USC2编码与解码、短信的发送与接收等功能。另外设计了所传送的电压数据格式,分析了提高传送成功率的方法。The paper has described the system topology , function module and key technology design etc. The system makes up of monitor center and some collection stations, transfer voltage monitor data by SMS module. Monitor center use SMS subassembly, which realize serial initialization, USC2 coding and decoding, sending and receiving short message etc. Besides, design the voltage data format and analyze the way to improving transfers effect etc.
