摘  要:通过乳液聚合的方法,采用未经有机化处理的蒙脱土(MMT)制备了聚丙烯酸酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.借助X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段,研究了不同加料顺序制得的复合材料.通过对比其微观结构和蒙脱土在树脂中的分散状况,证明了单体可以在聚合过程中于蒙脱土片层间聚合,使蒙脱土以纳米级尺寸分散在聚丙烯酸酯树脂基体中.讨论了蒙脱土的加入对乳胶粒形态的影响.采用重量分析法对蒙脱土存在下的乳液聚合动力学进行了研究,发现蒙脱土的加入使聚合速率明显降低.The Polyacrylate (ACR) / montmorillonite (MMT) nano-composites preparedby emulsion polymerization were described in this paper. And the used montmorillonite was not organically modified. Microstructure of different nano-composites made by different methods was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). By comparison of their tested results, we testified that the monomers intervened into the MMT layers, and MMT was dispersed in polyacrylate resin in nano-scale. The influence of the addition technique of MMT on the morphology of latex particles was discussed. The apparent kinetics of the polymerization process was studied by conventional gravimetric methods. The addition of MMT resulted in a decrease of the reaction rate.
