摘　　要：基于现代易货贸易50多年的发展历程,作者分析了影响其发展的主要因素,如多边贸易、电子商务科技、大量库存、现代经营理念、经济波动、买方市场、国际贸易、经济不平衡、规避金融风险等;论述了其优势,如现代易货币、点对点的交易、多种易货对象、灵活的交易方式;加快我国现代易货贸易的发展,对促进我国经济顺畅运行具有多方面的作用。Based on over 50-year development of modern barter trade, this paper analyzes the main factors to affect its development, such as multilateral trade, electronic commerce （EC） technology, large inventory, modern business philosophy, economic fluctuation, buyer＇s market, international trade, economic imbalance, guard against financial and foreign exchange risks, etc. It illustrates the advantages of modern barter trade including the currency of modern barter trade, ＂many to many＂ trade, many objects in barter trade and flexible exchange mode. Speeding up the development of modern barter trade in China, can play significant roles from many aspects in accelerating the operational pace of China＇s economy.
