摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院门诊疑难病例会诊的现状。方法对该院近7年来205例门诊疑难病例多学科会诊的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经过多学科会诊诊治后,205例患者中95例痊愈,65例好转,33例无明显改善,7例晚期癌症患者死亡,5例失去随访。结论大型综合性医院组织实施门诊疑难病例多学科联合会诊不仅能使门诊患者得到及时、准确、有效、合理的诊治,同时也能加强各学科间的协作,提高医疗水平,促进学科发展。[Objective] To discuss present situations of the outpatient intractable case consultation in general hospital. [Methods] 205 outpatient intractable cases were analyzed in 7 years. [Results] After muhidisciplinary consultation, 95 were cured, 65 were improved, 38 were no effects, 7 terminal cancer cases died, and 5 lost follow up. [ Conclusions] Muhidisciplinary consultation of outpatient intractable cases can make patients get immediate treatment, and can strengthen multidisciplinary contribution, improve level of medical treatment, promote discipline development.
