摘 要:目的观察雷公藤多甙(Tripterygium Glycosides,TG)对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)患者滑膜细胞凋亡的影响,以揭示TG治疗RA可能的作用机制。方法体外培养RA患者滑膜细胞,加入不同浓度的TG,24h光镜观察其凋亡的形态学特征,并用流式细胞仪及TUNEL法检测滑膜细胞的凋亡。结果TG组凋亡细胞百分率(55±11.2)%,显著高于骨折(NC)组(P<0.01)。结论TG可诱导滑膜细胞凋亡,这可能是其治疗RA的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the effects of tripteryglum glycosides(TG) on synoviocyte' s apoptosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) , in order to explore the possible mechanism of TG in treating RA . Methods Synoviocyte from RA patients were cultured in vivo , different concentrations of TG were added , the morphological charactors of synoviocyte's apaptosis was observed under light microscope 24 hours later, flow cytometry and TUNEL were used to detect the apoptosis of synoviocyte , Results The apoptosic cells was 55 % ~ 11.2% in TG group , which was significantly higher than that in bone fracture group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusios TG could induce the apaptosis of synoviocyte which may be one of its mechanism for treating RA.
