摘 要:整理煤气化产生灰渣的粘温特性试验数据,发现当煤灰粘度η<150 Pa.s时log(η/(T-Ts))和1/(T-Ts)存在线性关系。同时,推导出log(η/(T-Ts))和1/(T-Ts)存在线性关系时Ts为灰渣的凝固温度。利用多元线形回归,综合考虑SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、Na2O等组分的影响,得到了预测灰渣粘度的经验公式。用3个煤种对预测模型进行了检验,结果显示预测的灰渣粘度与试验值吻合较好。Sorting out the test data of viscosity - temperature properties for coal ash produced from coal gasification, it has been discovered that a linear relationship is existing between log (n/(T-Ts)) and 1/(T- Ts) in the event of viscosity of coal ash η〈150 Pa·S. At the same time, it has been deduced that the Ts to be the solidifying temperature of ash at time the linear relationship is existing between log (η/(T/Ts)) and 1/(T- Ts) . Adopting multivariate linear regression, and comprehensively considering influence of components SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, and Na2O etc. , an empiric formula for prediction of the viscosity has been obtained. The prediction model has been examined by using three coal sorts, the results show that the predicted viscosity of ash tallies well with the test value.
