摘 要:在氮气保护下利用马弗炉加热对成浆性较差的乌沙山电厂燃用的神华煤进行了改性制浆研究。用氮吸附仪对改性前后煤样的表面形态和孔隙结构进行了测定,并对改性前后煤样的成浆性能进行了对比。结果表明,通过不同温度和不同时间的热处理改性,煤样的表面形态与孔隙结构发生了变化,含氧量和内水分大幅降低,煤的成浆性能得到了很大提高。在450℃下处理0.5 h效果最佳,在浓度提高1.85%情况下表观粘度下降了364 mPa.s。As a coal sort with bad slurrization performance, the shenhua coal used in Wushashan power plant has been pretreated by pyrolysis in a muffle under nitrogen protection to improve the slurrization performance of said coal sort. The surface appearance and pore structure of pretreated and original coal samples have been detected by using Autosorb - 1 - c physisorption instrument, and their slurrization performance being analysed by using HAAKE VT550 viscometer. Results show that the Mad and Oad decreased by a big margin. Comparing with the original coal samples, the slurrization peformance of pretreated coal samples has been greatly enhanced. Especially the coal samples pretreated at 450℃ during 0.5 h, under condition of their concentration to be enhanced by 1.85%, the apparent viscosity has been reduced by 364 mPa·S.
