摘  要:华能福州电厂一期机组给水泵检修中对泵主轴采用了镀铬修复工艺,检修后给水泵试转时发生轴振异常波动现象。对此,在试验基础上对泵轴重新进行镀铬修复,镀铬修复后,泵轴振动测量指示正常。During repair period of feed -water pumps for units in the first- phase project of H uaneng Fuzhou Power Plant, the chronium- plating repair technology had been adopted for the main shafts of said pumps. After repair, abnormal fluctuation phenomenon of shaft vibration has occurred in trial operation of the feed - water pumps. For this, the shaft of pumps has been chronium - plated a- gain on the basis of test. After chronium - plating, the indication of vibration measurement for pumps' shaft is normal.
