摘  要:针对重油悬浮床加氢工艺循环油浆液固密度差小、胶质沥青质含量高等特点,设计加工了油浆分离用旋液分离器,热模试验结果表明旋液分离器对于循环油浆中的甲苯不溶物具有较好的分离效果;同时对于油浆中的胶质沥青质具有一定的分离效果,可在一定程度上改善循环油浆性质、延缓设备反应器结焦趋势。Based on the features of the recycling residue of slurry - bed hydrocracking for residue, a hydrocyclune was designed and separating tests under hot conditions with recycling residue were carried out. The result shows that the hydrocyclone not only has a better separating .efficiency on toluene insolubles, but also has separating effect on resin and asphaltene. Thus features of the recycling residue would be improved for certain degree and coking tendency of the equipments therefore could be delayed and one - time residue on slurry - bed hydrocracking, and the result shows that the hydrocyclone could satisfy the separation of residue.
