摘 要:在不同植物喷施灵肥液处理下,对北京桧柏苗木不同器官的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了测定。结果表明:(1)北京桧柏苗木各器官内的超氧化物歧化酶活性在整个年生长周期内呈规律性变化。(2)植物喷施灵处理可显著增大其茎、根部SOD活性。(3)SOD活性与北京桧柏的生理代谢以及抗逆性有关,因此可作为北京桧柏的抗逆性生化指标。研究旨在为北京桧柏苗木抗逆性机理提供基础理论依据,进而为植物喷施灵的推广应用提供科学依据。The two-year-old Sabina chinensis cv. Beijingensis seedlings were regularly treated with 0.65 g/L, 1.30 g/L,2.60 g/L the sprinking plant fertilizer( SPF) and pure water as CK ,then the SOD activity in organs of seedlings was studied. The results show : (1) The activity of SOD in various organs has an regtdar change in different seedling-stages of Sabina chinensis cv. Beijingensis; (2) Under SPF treatments, SOD activity in stem and root of seedlings is obviously increased; (3) The activity of SOD is related to the physiological mechanism and the seedlings' diversity resistance, and it could be used as biochemical index of Sabina chinen- sis cv. Beijingensis. This paper aims at providing scientific basis for the wider use of sprinking plant fertilizer.
