摘  要:聊城电厂2×600 MW机组一直存在调节阀无法由单阀切换为顺序阀运行的问题,对机组的效率影响较大。为此,提出了优化调节阀开启顺序和调整阀门重叠度的改进方案。调节阀控制方式改为对角开启顺序阀运行后,保障了机组安全稳定运行,经济效益显著。The problem of governing valves for two 600 MW steam turbines continuously existing in operation is that the governing valve can't be switched from single valve control to sequencial valve control, having comparatively large influence upon the efficiency of units. For this, an improvement scheme for optimizing the open sequence of the governing valves and for adjusting the overlap degree of said valves has been put forward. After changing the control mode of said governing valves to sequencial valve control which can be diagonally opened,safe and stable operation of the units can be ensured, obtaining remarkable economic benefits.
