摘 要:目的评价电动踝关节功能康复仪预防及矫正足下垂的效果。方法预防组为长期卧床患者168例,随机分为对照组(80例)和实验组(88例)。对照组患者采用将患肢踝关节处于功能位并穿夹板鞋的传统护理方法,实验组用电动踝关节功能康复仪(简称康复仪)治疗。比较2组预防足下垂的有效率。矫正组为足下垂患者60例,随机分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例),对照组采用手法按摩矫正,实验组应用康复仪矫正。比较2组矫正足下垂的有效率和下肢肌容积变化。结果在预防组中,对照组和实验组预防足下垂的有效率分别为68.7%和97.7%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),实验组有效率较高。在矫正组中,对照组和实验组矫正足下垂的有效率分别为60%和83.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),实验组有效率较高。两组30d时的下肢肌容积差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),实验组较高。结论康复仪比传统护理能更有效地预防和矫正足下垂,可以提高患者的生活质量,减轻护理人员负担。Objective To evaluate the effects of electric ankle rehabilitation instrument on preventing and modifying foot-drop. Methods Selected 168 patients who lay in bed chronically. All cases were randomly divided into experiment group (88 cases) and control group (80 cases). Control group received traditional nursing care that affected ankle joint was placed in functional position and wore splintshoe; experiment group received electric ankle rehabilitation instrument remedy. The efficient percentage on preventing foot-drop was observed in two groups. Selected 60 patients with foot-drop. All cases were randomly divided into experiment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Control group received manual massage to modification; experiment group received electric ankle rehabilitation instrument to mod- ification. The efficient percentage on modifying foot-drop and the volume remodel of lower extremity were observed in two groups. Results In prophylaxis group, the efficient percentage on preventing foot-drop was 68.7% in control group and 97.7% in experiment group respectively; the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01), experiment group had a higher efficient percentage. In modification treatment group, the efficient percentage on modifying foot-drop was 60% in control group and 83.3% in experiment group respectively; the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.005), experiment group had a higher efficient percentage. Thirty days after modification treatment, the volume difference of lower extremity in both groups was different significantly(P〈0.01 ), the volume of lower extremity in experiment group were larger. Conclusion Comparing to traditional nursing care, electric ankle rehabilitation instrument is more efficient in preventing and modifying foot-drop in patients who lay in bed chronically. Therefore, it improves the quality of patient's life and relieves the burden of nursing personnel.
