摘　　要：针对使用中的自来水阀体断裂破坏,进行了宏观形貌、材质化学成分、金相组织、力学性能等失效分析工作。结果表明,阀体断裂是由于材质缺陷和复杂应力重复作用造成的,并提出了相应的措施和建议。　The cause of fracture of a water supply valve used was analyzed by macrophoto,chemical composition analysis,metallography and mechanical performance.There results showed that the failure of the water supply valve was caused by metallography limitation and discontinuous complicated stress effect .A logical safety counter measure and suggestion were brought forward.
