摘　　要：在东部大发展、西部大开发这种夹击势态中,中部经济由于特殊的地理位置以及自身产业结构不合理、经济体制不完善、资金短缺、开放力度不够大等因素,导致不能快速发展。分析问题的根本所在,并提出相应的措施以促进中部经济崛起,使中部经济腾飞起来,再次成为中国经济改革的重心。With the great development in both eastern and western China, due to special geographical location, unreasonable industrial structure, inperfect economic system, lack of fund, insufficient development and so on, the economy in central China can not develop fast. We should analyze the key element and put forward the focus of economic reform in China.
