超滤膜应用于油田污水深度处理的试验研究

摘　　要：采用超滤分离膜进行油田污水深度处理中试试验,对超滤膜在该领域的运行工艺和处理效果进行了研究.试验结果表明,超滤出水能达到特低渗透油田回注水"5.1.1"水质标准;超滤膜的错流速率控制在0.1 m/s为宜;反冲洗周期为25 min,时间为1.5 min;采用一定浓度的盐酸和表面活性剂的清洗方法可以得到较好的再生效果.Through the middling test of oiifield wastewater farther treatment by using uitrafiltration separation membrane, the operation technics and treatment effect of uhrafihration are researched. The test results indicate that the outflow water quality of ultrafihration membrane exceeds the criterion ＂5.1.1＂ of back infusing water for especially lower infiltration oilfield. The interleaving fluxion velocity on membrane surface should be controlled at 0.1 m/s. The backwash cycle is 25 min and the time is 1.5 min. The better regeneration effect can be gained through cleaning membrane with the hydrochloric acid and superficial cleanout medicament in certain concentration.
