摘　　要：采用110BF003步进电机对瑞士进口的SAURER400型织机的机械式送经机构进行改进,给出了机构设计和电机控制方法.实验结果表明,步进电机送经装置优于机械式送经,对张力波动控制灵敏,稀密路下降,断头少,操作方便,成本低,具有推广价值.The mechanical let-off system of the SAURER400 loom is improved by 110BF003 stepping motor. An improved mechanism system which suits to stepping motor and a way which controls stepping motor are provided. The experiments indicate that this let-off system with stepping motor precedes to the mechanism system and is sensitive to the tension fluctuation, and makes the stop mark, heavy streak and broken ends decrease perfectly. This system is easier to operate and economical. It can be used for reference.
