摘　　要：本文基于数理统计的有关理论知识,对病例数据进行了时间序列断面的正态分布检验,对HIV浓度和CD4浓度进行了相关性分析,得出两者之间是显著负相关的结论。同时找到CD4浓度与时间的非线性拟合函数,并验证非线性回归高度显著,提出CD4细胞增长率作为艾滋病疗效的评价依据,还详细分析了疗效的预测效果问题,并分类讨论了年龄对艾滋病疗效的影响。In this study the normal distribution of the time sequence of the case data was studied, based on the theory of the statistics. Analysis was done of correlation between the HIV and CD4 cell counts and the conclusion was reached of the notable negative correlation between them, At the same time, the nonlinear function was disovered between CD4 cell counts and the time, and the nonlinear regression was highly prominence, so the rate of the increasing of the CD4 cell counts was presented as the estimating standard of the AIDS curative effect. With the problems analysed about the prognostication effect in detail, the age influencing the therapeutic effect on AIDS in different sorts was discussed.
