摘  要:目的研究半叶马尾藻多糖(SP)与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合治疗对小鼠肿瘤的作用。方法称重法计算SP对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑瘤率及q值;常规方法进行白细胞计数、分类和血红蛋白测定;用酶法测定ALT和AST;二乙酰一肟法测定BUN;HE染色法观察肿瘤组织的形态学变化。结果单独应用SP和5-FU的抑瘤率分别为34 .2 %和50 .9 %,而在相同条件下,联合用药组抑瘤率为72 .2 %,与SP和5-FU单独应用相比有显著性差异(P<0 .01)。结论 SP与5-FU联合应用有协同抗肿瘤作用,SP可以提高肿瘤细胞对5-FU的敏感性,具有增效作用。To investigate the influence of seaweed polysaccharide from sargassum comfusum (SP) and 5-FU on the sarcoma S180 in mice. Methods The weight of S180 xenografts in mice was measured to calculate the inhibitory rate of SP on S180 tumor; HE dye was used to watch its morphological change. Results The inhibition rate of tumor growth on the sarcoma S180 was 34.2% and 50.9 % treated with single-agent SP and 5-FU respectively. SP therapy had no obvious effect on growth of tumors (P 〈 0.05), and 5-FU therapy resulted in moderately less tumor volume than that in saline control group (P〈 0.05). In contrast, the combined treatment with SP plus 5-FU led to a dramatic reduction in tumor volume compared with saline treatment, the inhibition rate attaining 72.2% (P〈0.01). Furthermore, SP plus 5-FU showed significant difference compared with either agent alone. Conclusions SP could markedly enhance 5-FU chemosensitivity. So the combination therapy with SP plus 5-FU had further synergic antitumor activity beyond either agent alone.
